Accessing WTCSB VPN
Instructions for utilizing Cisco AnyConnect Secure.
Instructions for accessing the WTCSB VPN.
First start by looking for the Cisco AnyConnect installed on the device. Look for the app on the device and open it. Please note the VPN will only work offsite and will not work if you are located at any of the WTCSB worksites.
If the Icon is located on your task bar it will look like this.
If you have never used the VPN before will you need to click on the gearbox that is in the bottom left of the VPN window.
Once you have clicked the gearbox, look for the (Preferences) tab and open it.
Next check the (Block connections to untrusted servers) and ensure it is UNCHECKED.
Next close out of that window by clicking the X (In the top right) and you should see the following box on the screen. If the box is empty enter (vpn.wtcsb.org) minus the parentheses.
Next hit a connect.
Next you will get this pop up on the screen. Click (Connect Anyway)
Next enter your personal WTCSB credentials. These are the same credentials that you utilize when you log into your WTCSB user profile on your device.
After that you will be granted access to the VPN.
