Disabling Automatic Online Meetings via Outlook
Instructions outlining how to disable automatic online meetings via Outlook
Open Outlook
Go to ‘File’, located in the top left corner of the screen
Select “Options” located at the bottom
On the Outlook Options page, select “Calendar”
Under calendar options uncheck “Add online meeting to all meetings”
Select “ok”
